R210 Bios Update.
You will need a spare USB disk.
1)	download Dell Bios https://www.dell.com/support/home/de-de/product-support/product/poweredge-r210-2/drivers    
unpackaged version (or whichever version you need)   
Andere Formate  (EXE.datei für BIOS >>>> exe 8.12 MB  )
2) download rufus https://rufus.akeo.ie 
3) format the disk and set it to FREDOS and Fat32
4) copy your bios file over to the USB stick
5) rename the file ie bios.exe
6) boot Server from  USB disk (in Bios Mode)
open the BIOS file from command line
get this execute the file as: BIOS.exe
